Dreams - Dundee

We were very satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of Stewart. We were given plenty of time and space to decide and discuss, had all our questions answered and options fully discussed.

All staff in the store were very helpful and courteous. Jake, our assistant, went over and above to provide specific information and help with our queries and purchase

Visited store just looking and Stewart explained the process to us. He made no attempt to pressure us left us in peace just popped back to see if needed anything. Even brought me tea. Went in a second time and Stewart remembered us. He again helped as much or as little as we needed. He moved mattress to slatted bed for me to try. Even apologised as the only one was at front door almost in the window! All round couldn't be faulted.

Polite and informative staff. Not being pressured in any way.

Listened to what I needed and used knowledge to match up the right product. Were friendly but professional. Made a great cup of tea!

Sandie, the lady who helped us at the Dundee store was lovely, very knowledgeable of the products. Not pushy at all. She was friendly, and very understanding of our needs to get the right mattress as I have joint problems. From the minute she spoke to us to the minute we left the store we felt very at ease thanks to her, not pressurised into a purchase at all. She advised very well on pillows, mattress protectors etc & the insurance that you offer for the mattress. I will be recommending that anyone who wants a bed/mattress that they go to speak to Sandie at the Dundee store. even the delivery date was arranged smoothly to when suits us, not a problem at all. Sandie even advised that the mattress comes in a huge box so to clear stairs remove pictures etc, something I would never have thought of. We are highly delighted with the whole service tonight.

We were greeted upon entry to the store and given a full explanation of the colour code system currently in use. Following that we were allowed sufficient time to look around and choose our bed and were offered excellent service (including a coffee!) throughout our visit. The Staff member was highly experienced and provided specific information which helped us in establishing our final choice of bed. The administration process was also swift and easy to follow
