Dreams - Dundee

This is the second visit to Dreams, my husband and I bought a double mattress a month ago and we were in again to buy a single for our son. After receiving such great service it was the place to return to buy our sons mattress. Again the service was great, the colleagues are all polite and friendly. They are all very informed and definitely helped us reach the right decision for our sons mattress. The service is second to none, would recommend this Dreams to friends and family.

Pleasantly dealt with in store

I was greeted on entry by Sandie, who was fantastic throughout, she helped me with all my needs and helped with my purchase. She made me a cup of coffee which was greatly appreciated as I just had a hard day at work myself. An absolute credit to the company and would highly recommend her service as well as the teams services to everyone I know. Overall, one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Thank Sandie again for all the time and effort, fantastic, will be back again in the near future!!!!

We were left for a few minutes to broose around by the assistant then when and only when we were ready to ask about the items did the salesman come to us and explained everything we asked he was so helpful he was joined by another assistant as my husband wanted to know about pillows while the other chap explained about what I wanted to know.

Russell was very helpful in aiding our decisions, giving us the benefit of his experience and his knowledge of all the products we were interested in. His attention to detail in ensuring that we had all the information we required to make an informed decision, supplying us with coffee and time for us to digest all this information and talk amongst ourselves before committing to the sale. Russell also talked us through all the legal jargon making it easy to understand.

Good customer service, assistant was very knowledgeable in the bed I wished to purchase. All details of delivery were explained. Process was quick and easy.
