I was buying bed linen and there was not enough of the kind I needed on display. Stewart and a colleague established that there were more in the store and located them above the display.

This was a fantastic visit we went in to browse and Scott the staff member was fantastic and tried to find us exactly what we wanted by first taking us to the dream station to understand the need for our matress, after this he was very helpful in helping us then find the exact comfort through trying different beds. Followed by also helping us in different bed styles to understand exactly what we wanted, along with finding us great pillows and we ended up buying a fantastic bed with a great delivery date being 9 days time. Extremely satisfied and very happy at the bed we have chosen and the help we recieved throughout our time in the store was outstanding. Thank You.

I went into the store for a specific type of bed. When I went into the store Russel, the assistant who helped me, was opening up a king sized bed, exactly the kind I was looking for. The rest, as they say, is history. I bought the exact bed I went in for. So in and out without any hassle. The bed is getting delivered on friday. Very satisfied with both Russel and your store. I have to say we have always found Dreams very good.

Excellent service from the guys at Dreams, was really easy to pick which mattress we found most comfortable, the only hard part was deciding which one! Also we had our newborn with us and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be going back!

My shop attendant was knowledgable and spent the perfect amount of time with me, answering me when I needed any answers and also giving me a little space to lie on the mattress and test them properly. Excellent service, he was a credit to the store.

the guy that served me was jake service was very good, knowledge about the beds was very good, but the assembly charge was a bit high I would be happy to pay the £39 for delivery but a extra £10-£15 on top for assembly
