As soon as we entered shop we were met by Tommy the sales assistant he was very knowledgeable in our needs we used the trail bed to get our best options . Tommy showed us the best mattress found and we choose first one recommended

The staff member was very knowledge and friendly. He understood what I was looking for and directed me to the best bed & mattress. He was honest and I felt truly tried to get the best product for me.

My husband and I were made so welcome . There was no pressure sale like other places . Scott explained everything in detail . Went over anything we weren’t sure of . My husband is in a wheelchair due to a stroke which bed was for him and Scott was so good with him . It took a lot of pressure of me finding a suitable bed for my husband .

The guy dean was brilliant with us and our children, and never once rushed us even though it was almost end of the day. Knowlagable yet not pushy. Felt dean was honest and answered our questions.

Shopping in your Dundee store was a very pleasant experience and Scott was both helpful and knowledgeable about all products.

We visited the store on two occasions. First time to look for the items we seen online and then second time to make the purchase. Staff were great and very helpful, safety and social distancing were put in place too. All round easy experience and purchased our bed and mattress.
