Dreams - Dundee

My husband and I were in this Dreams to purchase a new mattress. The assistant Iain was very pleasant and helpful. We could tell he really knew his products and was very knowledgeable when helping us to reach the right choice for our new mattress. It was an important investment for us and for particularly me as since having our son I do experience back problems. I have great faith that we've made a brilliant choice of new mattress and I think it will aid my problems. Thank you Iain for wonderful customer service.

To make quite a major purchase such as this, it is quite overwhelming the choice now available and how much that there was to know. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured into making a decision and it was nice not to be followed around the store by someone just waiting for their next sale. A breath of fresh air !!! Although I spent a bit more than I budgeted for, the customer service and attentiveness made up for it and it was nice to be treated like a human being, Thanks :)

very friendly staff helpful and full of knowledge, product to high standard no hassle to buy product, try beds and make your choice, lots of advice about packages to get on products, will be back .

very friendly approach, told us how to chose type of mattress, then left us alone for a few minutes before coming over again to give more assistance, before leaving us alone again to make our own choice. at no time tried to push a particular bed to sell, we felt it was our decision on the choice of beds.

Ease of being able to browse at our leisure. The customer service was excellent and we did not feel pressured into making a quick purchase. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Sandie was very helpful, we were picking 3 beds and spend ages picking and she helped us the entire time and was great with our daughter who spent ages deciding

Although our bed was more expensive than we initially expected we are satisfied that the bed chosen will meet our needs and be a great purchase.

The salesperson - Scott - was very helpful and explained all the benefits of all the products and the special offers, plus all the ideas about changing mattress every 8 years. He also explained the payment methods well and did very well despite only having been working there for a few weeks.

Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was always available in the background but was not "pushy". He made us aware of all the products and services but again, did not force them upon us. There was a friendly laid back atmosphere between the staff which made our visit and purchase more of a pleasure.
