The staff are very helpful and friendly with good product knowledge and a willingness to listen to what we needed etc. Overall a very good team.

Service received on visit to store was excellent. Dealt with two different salesmen over the course of the visit. Both were fantastic. Great product knowledge however neither were pushing a sale which was refreshing. Both happy to go through options available. Quick and easy transaction. Excellent!

Efficient and friendly

We were extremely happy with our experience at the Dundee store. Russell looked after us the moment we entered the store. We advised hime that we were under a great deal of time pressure as we had a taxi waiting outside while we shopped for all the furnishings required for our newly purchased flat in St Andrews for our daughter. Russell very quickly understood our needs and guided us without pressure to the right products at the very best prices.

Was served by Russell who originally handled our purchase of bed, mattresses and sheets/covers four years ago. He recognised me and was very pleasant and helpful.

The assistant was knowledgeable about the product and explained the extras well

We were left alone to look at all products, the salesman introduced himself and said when we are ready to give him a call over. Ian was his name.

Iain gave great customer service and we are satisfied with our purchase.

The man was able to help us find everything we were looking for and helped us find out what pillow and mattress and duvets were best for us.

Very friendly assistance, noting too much trouble, even carried my wifes coffee mug as she had difficulty manoeuvring her wheelchair.
