The sales assitant's timing and attitude were impeccable. The layout in the shop and the help our sales assistant,Iain provided inspired confidence and made the buying of 2 beds seem easy. We spent more and bought more than we probably intended but were satisfied with our purchases. The staff in the shop all looked clean, well turned out, intelligent and friendly. That and the layout of colour coding etc did much to alleviate a potentially tiring shopping task.

Stewart the Store Assistant was very attentive and informative without being intrusive. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and gave us lots of good advice on our purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase at dreams they went through all of our options to help us create a custom bed, picking out our matress was made simple and fun by using their colour coded system and the staff were very helpful.

IT TOOK US A WHILE TO DECIDE WHICH BED TO PURCHASE AND THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY PATIENT, ENCOURAGED US TO TRY VARIOUS OPTIONS AND WAS NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN. Everything went as smooth as possible nothing seemed to be a problem to the staff.

We required more bedding for the Mattress we purchased a few weeks earlier. On arriving in store we were met by Sandie who immediately made us feel welcome. We only had to purchase small items(duvet and pillows) but she informed us of the different types the store offered and then allowed us to make our own minds up without pressure. A very professional member of your team.
