The assistant offered help but gave us time to browse. He then spent time considering the best options for us and demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of products available. he processed our order and went the extra mile to ensure we had the products we wanted and at a competitive price.

Didn't want much of a sales pitch, simply wanted to go in, purchase a bed and leave. Salesperson allowed me to do this with ease!

This was our 2nd visit to the store and, again, we were recognised and warmly greeted. The store is well set out and very clean. All staff we seen were happy I could tell this by their body language. We dealt with Iain again he is very friendly and engages with the customer perfectly.

We shopped in your Dundee Kingsway store. My mother is 94 years old and your salesman Ian was kind, courteous and patient with her which gave her confidence in your product and resulted in a sale.

Russell was great. He checked on us when we first came into the store and was extremely helpful. He didn't linger while we looked at beds so felt like we could relax while browsing and deciding. We didn't know if we'd get credit for the full thing that we wanted but he was willing to give it a shot for us. Very happy with everything. Cannot wait for the bed to arrive.

This is my second bed I have purchesed ,I was very happy with the last bed and the service I received this time will make me return in the future

Being able to roam freely around without any sales pressure along with being extremely relaxed and at ease was one of the persuading factors towards our purchasing from this store. Nick's vast product knowledge was greatly appreciated and so was the awesome coffee. We were first time buyers at this store & after this pleasant experience it wont be our last purchase here.

We initially visited the store on Saturday with a view to 'looking' at mattresses. Personally, I don't enjoy shopping especially when I feel pressured by sales assistants however, this experience at Dreams was completely different! 'Sandie' provided a whole different experience -looking at our requirements and matching our needs perfectly both with her excellent knowledge and charm. The end result - we returned the following day and not only bought a new mattress but the divan too as well as 3 x new pillows and bedding! Sandie is a real asset and we will definitely return in future and recommend Dreams...
