Dreams - Dundee

We visited the store on two occasions. First time to look for the items we seen online and then second time to make the purchase. Staff were great and very helpful, safety and social distancing were put in place too. All round easy experience and purchased our bed and mattress.

The store manager nick was fantastic in assisting and was understanding that I was shopping with my 2 kids who were also trying to get my attention. He was very helpful and warm. Scott then took me through the process of being fitted for a mattress and selecting teh right bed for me. He was very polite also and efficient. A great in store experience, thanks guys

Attentive staff, who gave me time to relax an try the products without hurrying or being pushed.

The sales assistant, Russell approached us in a timely manner and used excellent communication skills to establish our requirements. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable and did not attempt to overload us with information. He also ensured covid guidelines and hygiene safety was adhered to.

Hand gel available at the door. Store was clean and tidy. Excellent service from the store advisor, who was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were interested In purchasing. All staff were friendly and welcoming and 100% satisfied customers
