The customer service provided by Iain was second to none - his knowledge of the products was excellent - an overall enjoyable experience.

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We were looking for a mattress and were unsure which kind we wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses and assisted us in finding the perfect one which suited our needs. Would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends.

Workers made the whole process of buying the right bed enjoyable, cant fault them or the DREAM experience in any way. Family and friends will get to know my feelings .

Iain the salesman was very patient with my 84 year old mum and made her laugh and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He explained everything to her in detail. There was no pressure for us to buy and he left us to try out the beds and didn't stand over us which we appreciated.

The staff, were there to help, but understood that time was needed to think about and try the products without hanging about, making me feel uncomfortable. Was not at all pushy with the extra products ie-insurance, but gave us all the information we need to make an informed decision.

The assistant - Stewart, was very knowledgeable and so friendly. Answered all our questions and managed to arrange delivery within 10days. Great service all round.

We were approached by Stewart soon after entering the store, he introduced himself and offered his assistance if required, I explained what we were looking for and he suggested that we try each of the mattresses in the colour codes first and he then left us to try them in our own time advising us that he would pop back and forwards if we any help. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. He had a good knowledge and advised us to take our time and try different one's, when we said we would go and have a think about it he did not try to deter us only to say if we returned he would be happy to help us. After going to another similar shop we decided that the service at Dreams was far superior and that we would get a mattress suitable for our needs and returned to the store to make the purchase. We also decided to buy pillows and again were encouraged to try them out to get the most suitable ones. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to family and friends as we received excellent service. When this mattress is due to be replaced we will look no further than Dreams, thank you.
