Dreams - Dundee

I decided hat I needed a new bed earlier the same day. i saw the advert on television and myself and my daughter decided to browse Dreams after lunch. I never really expected to buy a bed, as it was an impulse. However the staff at Dreams explained the colour coding and once I discovered the mattress that I felt that I liked there was no reason not to buy it

It was easy to price the beds as the signs were very clear.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . was served by the manager and helped me make the best decision on a bed would definitely recommend to friends and family .

Colleague was very informative and helpful in suggesting beds that we were interested in purchasing.

I was meet with Stuart , he was friendly and could see I was looking for something specific , he offered me a coffee and left me to browse the shop, he didn't follow or harrass me around the shop as some other shops do and that's what I liked, we discussed options on how I could pay and Stuart listed to my needs and fully explained all the procedures regarding delivery etc, After today's experience I know I will shop in DREAMS again

The staff were friendly and informative but I didn't feel 'stalked' as I had been in other stores

Good help from staff, took time to understand our needs

Everybody who dealt with us were cheerful polite and efficient, from salesman Iain to deliverymen who delivered and put everything together
