Very friendly at the Dundee branch Stewart was easy going informative with sound advise highly recommended

Staff were attentive but not overbearing. The system for choosing mattresses was clearly explained. All products and options were comprehensively demonstrated. Ancillary products and options were clearly explained as were delivery and assembly options. I naturally felt that my needs listened to attentively and my custom highly valued. I am very satisfied.

Both my wife and myself were greeted by an excellent young man who asked what we would be interested in looking at and gave us all the help he possibly could, explaining the colour codes of the pillows for different types of mattress etc. He even made a cup of coffee for us as we had travelled from Perth to Dundee to visit the shop. This gentleman was an excellent help and this really made our days shopping one to remember.

Felt the knowledge of the assistant was very helpful in making our decision-he was helpful but not pushy or overbearing. Loved the colour coding of mattresses plus the detail given from the assistant about the individual matresses. We felt intrepidation at buying a new matresses but actually it was painless- we even bought Tempur pillows as these were fantastic. When we are looking to replace our 2 sons'beds we will consider Dreams. Thank you.

we were meet by stewart on arrival and explaned the color codeing for the mattereses then gave us time to go and try the beds to find the one that was right for us then we went on to get the base that we wanted and a headboard all in all never really pushing for a sale

A very thorough and personal service by the assistant (Stewart).

From the moment we entered the shop, we had an assistant helping us. On 2 occasions she asked if we wanted a little time to ourselves, to discuss the items we had been viewing. We were offered a coffee as soon as we came in. The female assistant had mattresses moved on to different bases, for us to try. She was very friendly, and was very kind to my 80 year old Father-in-law who was with us.
