The gentleman who assisted us (Stewart) had a great knowledge of the product which actually ended up increasing our order as we only came in for one product but ended up buying three.

Delivery team were excellent the "leader" gave me clear instructions on the care and what steps to take if I was not satisfied with the Mattress. Phone contact was poor 20mins with no result (music was ok)

Sandie asked what we were looking for and guided us to the product that best suited us. Good knowledge of the products.

stewart took time to measure the bed we wanted in the different styles and then with the mattress that we chose, he spent time explaining the pros and cons of all the mattress types and styles, same with pillows. He explained all the services warranties that were available but wasn't pushy after we said didn't need them. Also told us the mattress protection were on sale. Excellent service

Was greeted by manager, who gave us plenty space after explaining how to understand the test beds. We're then passed on to salesman who again gave us plenty space ( which we much prefer), was helped by sales man after picking several beds. Narrowed down to the one we liked best ( which was cheaper than that we had chosen ourselves ... Salesman then explained the different storage options, we chose four drawers... Sales man asked how we were furnishing bedroom, and explained we might find the top two drawers innacessable if we did choses them. Saved us spending £100 on drawers we would not be able to use due to our furnishing layout

Very good customer service from Stewart, second time have been to dreams this year and his service was even better than last person I bought bed frame and matress from

Polite and pleasant with a willingness to ensure they were giving you the best advice. i feel they went the extra mile to ensure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. Made shopping a pleasure.

Iain, the salesman who assisted us was extremely helpful and professional. He directed us around the store to the areas that best suited our needs and was extremely knowledgeable. He was polite and not at all pushy- something we had experienced in other branded stores, so this was highly appreciated.
