The assistant understood the health conditions I am experience as he has a similar condition so he was able to explain the types of mattresses and if they would help and why they would help also I have bought mattresses before spent a lot of money and was still in pain so Nick explained that I have 40 days to try and if i need to swap I can which is amazing esp since I wont know if the mattress is good for my condition until I sleep on it, 5 mins lying on it in store is not enough time to try and test them. So I am extremely happy with this point as it will give me value for money. I have phoned around and i think dreams is the only store to offer this service on non Tempur mattresses forcing people who suffer a lot of pain at night to buy the most expensive mattress even if they can't afford it so they have no choice, at dreams I had the choice of al the mattresses amazing thank you so much Nick

The knowledge of your staff, the method used to assist us with choosing a mattress. In previous stores looking products I felt their assistants were almost stalking us, Iain allowed us to look around but when we asked for assistance he gave us well informed answers, I have worked with gel pads for years in operating theatre to assist with pressure relief and can understand the use of this product in mattresses, when I alluded to having some understanding of this product, I was pleasantly surprised that it was acknowledged. I think what I am trying to say it is pleasing not to a salesperson who listens, and not a standard sales pitch.

the employee, steward, who servrd us was very efficient without being in our face all the time. He gave us his opinion on what he felt was the best value for money bed in the price range we were talking about

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the different types of mattresses. He answered all my questions I had. I didn't feel under any pressure and was left to look at the mattresses at my leisure.

Bed will be delivered on a day I requested and great discount given for someone to build the bed as this was very important as my mother in law is 79.

The customer service was fantastic, we were serverd by two seperate people, and both were friendly and informative, and made us feel very comfortable, and di not rush us or pressure us at all. If you will excuse the pun they were a dream to deal with.
