Dreams - Dundee

We were given time and space to make our decision and were allowed to visit other stores and returned on a couple of occasions to ensure the purchase was right for us and our budget. Stewart never made us feel pressured into buying. I work in financial services sales and if I had felt pressured I would have went elsewhere.

Iain was vey helpful and spent time showing us the different types of mattresses.

I called Iain at the Dundee store and he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried, he was extremely knowledgable and exceptionally customer orientated he is an amazing employee and a credit to Dreams. The morning of my delivery Jordan called me in the morning to inform me of my delivery time. He was professional and courteous. When Jordan and Janome arrived they were both apologetic for the delay which wasn't their fault, extremely polite and very friendly. The delivery was fast, professional and left me in a great mood. I rarely if ever fill our surveys as generally they are quite negative(sad but true) but I really mean it when I say that Iain, Jordan and Janome are fantastic people who I feel Dreams are exceptionally lucky to have representing them. These three people are the reason I will always buy Dreams and recommend them to friends and family. I only hope that someone takes my survey and uses it to give these men the recognition they truly deserve. Well done dreams and thanks for a great mattress.

I was impressed with the knowledge and customer care and attention given to my requirements by Russell, Iain and Stewart. They could not have been more helpful.

The customer service assistant, Iain in the Dundee Kingsway West store was amazing. Friendly and knowledgable but not in an overly sales person way - he made sure we found what we were looking for and took his time to make sure were were happy. Great service, its what you need when you are spending a decent bit of money. The store manager, Nick was also great - cant fault them
