We were highly satisfied as we never felt that we were under any pressure. The assistant had excellent product knowledge and was of great assistance throughout the process.

We were looking for a bed for my mother. The assistant told us about the beds, mattresses, prices and left us to have a look around while still being available to help.

Our salesman Stewart was extremely friendly, knew a lot about the products and we felt well informed about the best way to pick the right mattress for us. He did not hover over us like most sales people to, and gave us the space we needed whilst at the same time was there if needed. Will be back at Dreams for the service we were given today alone!
