Shop open and easy to walk around. Staff who approached very helpful but not too intrusive. easy to arrange delivery and extras requested on bed.

We were greatly and patiently helped by Iain Wotherspoon to try every conceivable alternative. The selection on offer provided ample choice. The store was well laid out and we quickly came to understand the options. We subsequently checked elsewhere and came back to Dreams for our order.

The customer service is at very high level. Knowledge and the approach should be used as a prime example. I would like to especially point that the customer feel comfortable and not being `push`.

Excellent customer service - no pushy sales approach just a lot of really useful information. We came into the shop not knowing what we wanted (at all!!) and left feeling really confident that we had found something perfect for us.
