Everything was pleasant from entering to exiting, didn't feel pressured in purchasing anything sales assistant Stewart was very helpful finding us the correct bed and mattress. Considering we both had different standard of comfort.. Trying out the dream machine defo helped.. Iv already recommended The store to my gran purchasing the correct mattress for herself
