Dreams - Dundee

The advisor Dean at the Dundee store was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. If was pushy I would walk straight out. Dean gave us all assistance we needed and advised us on products instore and use of sleep generator I think it was was really beneficial. A pleasant experience instore. Thanks Dreams and of course Dean.

Russell that assisted us was very helpful we were shopping for a bed for my son and he took the time to explain all the different mattresses etc.

I am highly satisfied with the service I received from the customer advisor within the store. He was very patient, polite and friendly with me and answered all of my questions regarding the product I was interested in. I found the staff to be very polite and friendly. Everything was explained to me and if I had any questions the customer advisor answered them for me. I would shop here again

The salesperson Tommy at the dundee store was very helpful and knowledgeable did not make us feel under pressure to purchase a mattress and we felt very comfortable as he explained all our options

The Dreams sales advisor was very helpful, very knowledgable not too pushy with products which I liked…very good with the kids. His product knowledge was good and he did not rush us around giving us time to try the products.
