We were very happy with the customer service provided by Tommy - he was very kind and knowledgeable and pointed us towards options that were within our price range. We were disappointed to learn that our new mattress will take a month and a half to be delivered. As we are moving into a new place with no bed or furniture in a month, we will have to sleep on the floor for two weeks before it arrives.

Local store in Northampton closed but had previously visited to identify items which interested us. Rang customer service number and was put through to a store in Dundee. Staff member couldn’t have been more obliging, knew his products well, answered all my queries and then transacted the sale. Top notch service
