The sales assistant was very professional and knowledgeable, after I told him what I was looking for we looked at various mattresses and then one the "dreams" machine was available he got me to use it. Everything was clean, quick and efficient.

The Staff member was very polite, friendly and highly competent. He also offered good value for money.

A staff member came over immediately upon our arrival to offer assistance (purchasing new matresses for two of my sons). He got them to test a wide range of matresses at different price levles, explaining how they were constructed and the relative merits. We needed to revisit the mattress choices twice after making the initial order, upon realising that the original selection would be too deep for the top of a bunk bed; this was managed with patience and good humour. Staff member was friendly, professional and courteous throughout.

Tommy was extremely helpful whilst not being pushy. He made my wife and I feel valued and comfortable.

The colleague helping us was very knowledgeable, very friendly and gave a personal touch to the experience.
