Stewart was extremely helpful & talking us through all of our options and worked within our budget!

The staff were very friendly and organised. Everything was explained to us and we were able to try different types of mattress with a full guide of each one. There was no pressure and we were able to take our time to make the right choice. The store was clean and well organised.

I spoke with Scott on the phone and explained that I was looking for a new bed ASAP for my son as his mattress was badly needing renewed. Scott listened to what I was looking for and said to pop in. Once in store, Scott pointed out a bed which he thought would suit my needs, it was beyond what I was looking for and a lot cheaper than I expected! Stuart & Gavin were there to assist with dismantling the bed & and were also very friendly. Honestly have never experienced better customer service anywhere! Feel like I have walked away with the best product in the store, at the best price :-)
