Sandy, met us with a lovely welcome, asked if she could be of help & then clearly directed towards the best process to determine the bed we were looking. Throughout Sandy was clear of the C-19 precautions in place. We were guided towards the most suitable options but at no time felt any pressure to buy. She was patient and knew the Product details of the different options. These were explained simply. Once we had decided the purchase was dealt with quickly. We can’t wait for the mattress to arrive!

Excellent customer service.. very knowledgeable,polite and respectiful.. Even having had to change a choice of bed i wanted . They were very helpful and polite and kind which is un usual... Highly recomend
