We found making an appointment to come in very simple. We were assisted throughout our visit by Stewart who was very friendly, knowledgeable about products and very informative... I haven't needed to shop for a bed for years he made myself and my partner feel at ease through the whole process. Covid procedures are on point.. I'm a carer so super cautious anyway but dreams seems to have achieved a high standard of precautions. Store was very clean and social distancing was well adhered to even between staff and customers.

Scott was very friendly and helpful. Gave a us a number of choices of mattresses to try. Discussed with us what we prefered and how we slept. Encouraged us to try the sleep/mattress checker to make sure he could help us to the best of his ability. Was not pushy in his sales manner and gave us options on how we would like to pay.

We thought the bed assessor machine was a waste of time, we know what we like and all this machine did was tell us that, time wasted. Overall though the assistant showed us what we needed, we didn't feel we had been pushed in to any specific direction but although we spent more than we wanted we felt that we had been treated fairly and were happy that the choice we made was the right one for us
