Tommy greeted us on arrival at the store. We were shopping for a new mattress for my 84 year old mum. Tommy was very respectful of mum's age and treated her wonderfully well, explaining everything to her as we went through our sales process. Mum never felt rushed or pressurised and left the store feeling extremely happy that she had been treated so well and had made an excellent purchase.
