The assistant was very good and didn't hurry us in anyway. He was helpful and polite and explained everything.

Stewart was extremely helpful. We really appreciated how attentive he was and equally that he gave us time to discuss and try out the beds ourselves. All the staff were friendly and approachable.

The advisor Gavin was very helpful and knowledgeable without being over pushy. He left myself and my daughter to look ourselves telling us about how the mattresses were coded and then checked if we were ok
