The advisor Gavin was very helpful and knowledgeable without being over pushy. He left myself and my daughter to look ourselves telling us about how the mattresses were coded and then checked if we were ok

upon entering there was a hand sanitising station directly on entrance, with gloves and clearly marked directions for walk round. You would be better with a bin that did not require to be lifted when putting my PPE away. I like that your staff allowed us to have a look around 1st. Scott had clearly been listening to our conversation as he passed and offered to check dimentions of the bed I was looking at in a double from the start he was personable. I enjoyed the experience of the mattress analysis it was different (in hindsight I would have liked to see how it came to choose the mattress options that Scott went on to show me but that's just me). I liked that Scott was not pushy in his selling technique I had plenty of time to try out the different mattresses I had been assessed on.The process of purchase was good and easy to complete and gain in our covid world I felt safe. would recommend this store and staff

Walked in only to browse but was friendly greeted by sales man and began to blether ended up getting fitted for mattress by the computer and bought the best mattress and fit for us salesman had loads of knowledge and wasn’t pushy with sales which is key for good service as there is nothing worse than a sales pitch from someone looking to get in your wallet
