I went in store with an idea of what I wanted. Tommy who helped me find the right product was knowledgeable, helpful and gave me the time to choose between a few options. The feeling of not being pressured in to anything was very important to me.

Walked in only to browse but was friendly greeted by sales man and began to blether ended up getting fitted for mattress by the computer and bought the best mattress and fit for us salesman had loads of knowledge and wasn’t pushy with sales which is key for good service as there is nothing worse than a sales pitch from someone looking to get in your wallet

I was very impressed with the service I received on entering the store greeted by a very pleasant member of staff who directed me to the items I asked for ask me to try out the beds giving me the protection that's needed at present once i choose the beds i wanted the member of staff took me over to the till and explained all the details about the beds and the different methods tto pay
