Dreams - Dundee

We visited the dreams store in Dundee and had a brilliant time trying out the mattresses! Stewart (the staff member who assisted us) was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, we had a lot of laughs with him during our visit. We also took a long time to choose the mattress we wanted so thanks Stewart for being so patient! When we found the one we wanted he took us through the buying process and explained all of our options. He was very thorough making sure all of the info was correct and that we were happy with our purchase. Cannot thank him enough!

The member of staff (Thomas) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & patient with me. I had an idea what I was looking for when I went into the store & Thomas guided me through the store to the exact bed frame, displayed the various colour options available for me, & discuss the pro's/cons of having the sprung slats. He was able to narrow down to 3 suitable mattresses that would be of interest to myself. Fantastic service throughout. Even got a cup of coffee whilst we went through the paperwork.

At no point at all did we feel pushed into buying anything. We knew what we wanted and were given options on prices of a mattress. Gavin was very friendly and took the time to chat to us. It felt more like visiting a friend in the store than speaking to a member of staff.
