Our visit to the store was late afternoon, the store wasn't busy probably because of the time so it allowed us and the sales assistant to give a goodly amount of attention to explain the various option the "lie down test" suggested. There was little sales pressure to make a hasty decision and this allowed us to make what we hope was the best solution for us.

Stewart was very good at explaining the safety guidelines and supplying ppe for us to try the beds out. He explained the colour coded system to firmness of the beds and helped us find what we were after. We were happy customers, would have loved the bed to arrive sooner, but realistically that was never going to happen. We have used dreams before for beds and will continue to use again.
