We found the manager Gerry highly professional at his job. Very friendly and knowledgeable and assisted us greatly in picking mattress, pillows, ottoman bed and headboard. He is a credit to your organisation and we would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by a man called Nathan he talked me through everything and what kind of beds mattresses etc and explained how the machine works too on how to match you to a mattress. Felt so comfortable and amazing customer service at Clyde bank store Glasgow

Our assistant,Nathan(Clydebank Store) was extremely attentive from the minute we walked in the door without being ‘in your face’. He was friendly and seemed very knowledgable about the products and was able to show us a vast array to suit our needs.

My boyfriend and I have just bought a bed from the Clydebank store and were assisted by Gerry. This was our first time bed shopping so we weren't very clued up about what we wanted but Gerry couldn't have provided us with a better service. He helped us over two days pick out the perfect bed frame and mattress, while providing us with recommendations and tips to help us make the best informed decision. He set us up on the mattress matching machine and then took time walking around the store and explaining the benefits of each bed. Throughout our whole shopping experience, Gerry provided us with excellent advice, service and put us at ease for our first purchase for our new home. He also advised us on warranty plans etc and managed to get us some lovely pillows and a mattress protector included in our purchase. We are so impressed with our experience with Dreams and are very excited for our lovely, new bed to arrive!
