Whilst sitting at the desk placing my order .Other customers wee able to pass by right beside us without any social distancing measures in place.

I enjoyed my visit to Dreams to find a new bed. Michael was very informative and offered me to try out the machine to find a suitable mattress for my back and neck problems. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Also when finding a new bed he was very informative and answered every question I asked. I felt a very valued customer and safe with precautions put in place.

We entered the store it was about 2min Michael came over keeping social distance and said good morning can I help you I explained what I was looking for he offered my self and husband a sleep test it was great he then gave us advice an the results of the test I hade 6 different beds to test we picked one asked if he could arrange for old mattress to by takeaway was advised price and was give full information on my order and what would happen next paid in full was give receipt and green packet for old mattress very happy customer great experience

On entering the store we were greeted warmly by members of staff. We were given time to browse before being approached if we needed help. I appreciated this browsing time as I have never purchased a bed before. Laurie, the assistant that helped us was very knowledgeable and managed to narrow down my choices due to my needs/wants. He took the time to give me options and and let me try different mattresses.

Sales assistant was excellent took time to explain the differences between the beds I was interested in. Very helpful.

During my visit to Dreams at Clydebank Michael was extremely attentive and hellful. He explained how the 3 minute screening worked which was excellent then showed me a variety of beds , mattresses and headboards. I also purchased 2 bedside tables and an ottoman which he moved over beside the headboard to see if they matched up. There were a couple of deals on when I was in which was very acceptable. I had previously visited another bedding shop but walked out due to the lack of interest. I will certainly return to dreams for further purchases. I would also like to thank one of the managers who phoned me today to explain that my order will be delayed due to a Covid outbreak in the factory which was much appreciated.

Gerald, the older guy at dreams was fantastic. Helped me to find the right mattress for me with the sleepmatch machine, along with finding the right pillow for me. Even offered me a bottle of water, great service.
