Customer service was great and my son got to check out the mattress that was best for him.

nathan (shop assistant) was very patient with us nothing was a bother & gave me plenty of time to choose also had plenty of knowledge to help me choose.

Given lots of information about products I tried which were all appropriate and relevant to me.

The salesman, welcomed my wife and I as we entered the shop. Asked if required help he gave us time to look around, then advised us on the difference between beds and mattresses that we liked. Again gave us time to make our minds up not pushy like other shops we had look in. After we made our minds up he explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. Then offered a drink as he sorted our payment plan for us. All round good customer service thank you.

Friendly, helpful staff offering good advice with no hard sell. Good selection of products, short lead time, reasonable pricing together with 7 day Price Promise, which came into play and was honoured !! Big thumbs up for Gerry at Dreams Clydebank, thanks again for all your help and advice.

We were welcomed to the store by Stevie who made sure she understood our needs and then let us take as much time as we needed to ensure we got exactly the right products for us including use of the Sleep analysis bed. This was really helpful as we had considered a Tempur mattress which turned out not to be one recommended for us. Stevie was very helpful and friendly and she is one of the main reasons we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams to others.

The assistant Stevie could not have been more helpful. She talked us through all our options.

Everything was very professional and all staff helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel that i could ask what I needed at any point. Also feel happy to contact the store if needed now that our bed has been ordered. Thank you
