Michael was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I had opposite requirements and Michael managed to help us find a middle ground. We were unable to purchase at that moment in time because I didn’t know exactly what size of mattress we would require in our new place. As soon as I knew the size we needed, I phoned the store. Michael was again very helpful. He was friendly, helpful and, most importantly, patient!
