As soon as we entered we were greeted and informed of what stock was in for what we were looking for, very helpful advise given and done the sleep match. We were given time to look by ourselves and were given help when needed, fast ordering process and very friendly staff all round

Gerry was very helpful without being pushy he gave us time to look around and advised us on product options and offers. The sleep zone machine was a nice touch too to help us pick products suited to our needs.

Nathan was a great help.

The man who helped me was very knowledgeable about all products and gave me useful information about all of the beds and mattresses that I was interested in. He acted very professionally and the whole purchasing process was quick and stress free

Stevie the sales assistant was very patient waiting on my husband to decide over a mattress and she was very kind and attended to every need we had we tried many mattresses and the cleanliness in store was to a very high standard

Nathan who served us went out of his way to help but never put any pressure on for the sale

Nathan was really good and very knowledgeable. It is a relatively expensive purchase we were making and felt no pressure to do so by Nathan. Which to be honest helped us buy on the day. While we were in he was on his own and had to deal with a ‘difficult’ customer which he did with professionalism while not abandoning the other customers in store.
