We were approached after just a moment of being in the store by Nathan who set me up with the sleep assessment, offering us water as well. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and I was delighted with the mattress that I was suited with.

The man who dealt with my enquiry was extremely helpful and went over several options for me, he was very knowledgeable and gave me time to think about what I wanted and asked me did I have any concerns etc. He fully explained the after care of the item including the insurance policies they offers and the current deal on free pillows which was a bonus. I am certain his name was Gerry

Nathan who dealt with us.was very friendly and informative. He waz very knowledgeable in what he was selling without sounding pushy

Stevie who served us took us through the whole process. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the products on show. Overall good experience!
