We were greeted by Gerry straight away when we arrived at the store. He gained an understanding of our needs pretty quickly and asked us to use the Sleep Match. Gerry then took us round all of the mattresses this suggested and showed a great deal of product knowledge and was able to explain the differences between them all. This made us feel confident we were making the right choice! He then gave us as much time as we needed to make the decision which was right for us. He was also able to talk us through the ordering process so we knew what to expect. Brilliant customer service!

Absolutely first class service. Nathan knew his stuff and didn’t pressure us at all. He showed us lots of different beds and different price ranges but left us plenty of time to choose quietly on our own.

Because of the helpful staff member who dealt with me. She made things simple and easy. Helped me quickly find the right bed for me. She was very helpful and welcoming.

Well laid out store. Friendly staff who helped but didn’t rush us. Stevie was very attentive and helpful . Able to answer our questions. Looking for to taking delivery of our new bed !

Stevie had very good knowledge of the products and encouraged me to use the electronic bed technology to see which mattress is best suited. I was the shown mattresses from the results of the electronic survey where I found a mattress that suited. I was offered a bottle of water whilst completing the order which was nice. I do not have to wait long at all for my new mattress which is fantastic.

I have visited store on two occasions before ordering. Both times Gerry abs Nathan were extremely friendly & informative. Prior to placing my order I received a call from Nathan advising of a saving on my quote. Outstanding product knowledge & customer service.

Laurie from your Clydebank store was very helpful without being pushy. He helped us try 6 different beds then left us to try them again and call him when we were ready. He didn’t hover over us and didn’t push for a sale. He was very confident in his knowledge, polite and funny. I have already told friends and family about the good experience we had.

Having bought a bed from Dreams Clydebank, having been delighted then, when we were planning to buy a new single bed & mattress we would go back. We didn’t realise there were such good offer on mattresses we bought another bed. We served by Michael in store, he was knowledgeable about all the beds, and having asked what we were looking for he showed us the options open to us. All in all we had a very positive outcome.
