Great to have had the bed to recommend our needs. Fantastic range of mattresses to try. Salesman Edward knew his stuff and helped us very much, overall very pleased with visit , enjoyed the coffee too !! Thank you 😊

Nafisa (Cambridge beehive centre store) instantly took care of us. Offered us drinks and we used the sleep match machine. After she was able to show us suitable mattresses, when we decided one was right for us she helped us choose the right size and price. Our mattress was in a bag and helped to put into our car. Excellent service!

Matt was helpful from start to finish. I told him what I wanted, he actually listened to me and no rubbish sales talk and he found me what I wanted.

Advisor was very attentive and friendly. Dream bed match was good idea to narrow down mattresses that suited to us. Found perfect mattress in very little time. Delivery within only 1 week was an unexpected bonus.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a man called Edward who straight away was very helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted. I had never bought a bed before and he was very accommodating to my lack of knowledge and took what I did know about what I wanted and helped straight away. He offered my tea or coffee before going through the process of the 'sleepmaster' and after completing the 'sleepmaster' he was quick to show me a range of beds and made me feel comfortable with lying on them and testing them out. He made me aware of the promotions that were on, the insurance that could be bought with the mattresses I was looking at, and gave me detailed descriptions of what each bed was like and how they differed from one another (as that was something I was unsure about to begin with). Despite hearing some bad reviews of dreams, I would recommend to others as my experience was good. I was in and out of the store within half an hour and the next day ordered my new mattress

We were greeted by Luca he fulfilled our needed with what we were looking for, giving us time to look for ourselves and always close by to answer questions and to help when needed. Offered water through our time at dreams and looked after.

The store colleague who helped me, Edward, was very friendly while showing me different products. He was also extremely patient with me and considerate when I explained my budget limit.

I spoke to Edward at your store in Cambridge. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He clearly knew a lot about all the products available and made sure that my options were made available to me. He took on board what I told him and gave good reasoning to his suggestions based on that. He also came across as very friendly and helpful. The store had a decent selection of duvets and pillows in stock at a good range of prices. Overall I left the store feeling like I had gotten exactly what I needed very efficiently and without wasting any time but also without feeling rushed.
