Nafisa was very helpful. Offered us a drink on several occasions and directed me to the correct part of the store. She helped us with which mattress we needed to buy and placed our order for us. It was very easy. She gave us time to decide but was available for any questions

The salesperson was excellent. Listened to what we wanted and showed us all options, friendly, gave us covid safe bottles of water, sold us extended warranty. The delivery people were also very prompt and friendly

My wife had identified the type of bed she wanted on a previous visit to the store in Cambridge. We returned to define the exact details concerning the bed, underbed storage and headboard with the same store colleague. Edward was very helpful and explained the details of the alternative storage systems and allowed my wife to test the underbed storage systems on the various bed options. We were there for about 30 minutes to finalise the order and were offered refreshment during our visit. Edward completed the purchase of the bed and arranged the available delivery date and the assembly of it. He also arranged for the removal and recycling of our existing bed which will be removed at the same time. Edward was very good in relating to us as customers. My wife is Indonesian and he was able to have things explained clearly and she was given the chance to consider many alternative options. During our conversations commented that she spoke English very well and that he had learned very little of the language when he visited Thailand as a student. His ability to explain to my wife the options available allowed her to decide on what she wanted.

I was highly satisfied by the friendly staff member who made us feel welcome, offered refreshments and her knowledge of the store products.The use of the bed that accesses your required mattress is great, never seen this anywhere else.

Edward at the Cambridge store was incredibly knowledgeable of the Tempur line, friendly and happy to assist us with our choice. He was patient and allowed us time to fully discuss our options and come to a decision with no pressure. The store was clean and tidy and social distancing and hygiene were acknowledged making our experience a comfortable one. We shopped with Dreams for our previous mattress and will no doubt be back again!
