Dreams - Cambridge

We bought a bed fromDreams a couple of years ago so returned when we needed to replace another. Help in the store readily available, lots of choice, assistant, Edward was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.

Ross was very helpful, answered all my questions in a professional and kind manner. The selection of beds in the shop was great. The shop was clean and tidy.

We arrived at the opening time so no hassle with many customers, knew exactly what we wanted, looked around, help from your staff and placed the order, in and out in less than 30 minutes, brilliant service

I did my research first. Found the bed frame I wanted online which was half price. Then went into the store tried the bed test so I know exactly what mattress I need. As I suffer from back problems which came out as medium firm. Then tried different brands Tempur, Silent night until I found the one most comfortable. Store assistant was friendly and professional. I went to other bed store first and felt like they didnt want to help me as much as Dreams

Upon arrival at store with my partner and our toddler daughter we were all greeted and made to feel extremely welcome. We were left to have a little browse then offered assistance by a lovely lady that was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly that helped us pick out the best mattress for us.

Friendly staff who did not rush us even though it took a while to choose. Was not trying to push us into buying the most expensive and warranty. He was quite fun too and seemed to enjoy his job which is rare these days.

Rob at the Cambridge store quickly assessed my requirement, had excellent product and stock knowledge and fully understood I had a set budget and found me a fantastic offering that exceeded my expectations.

Nafisa was absolutely brilliant couldn’t have been happier .nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely come back
