Themi was very attentive. Offered help the moment we arrived in store. Listened to our needs and guided us to the products best suited to those needs. Allowed us to trial all products, so we were able to make an informed decision before purchasing. Shared advice and offered good explanation to any questions raised.

As soon as we arrived, we were taken care of by Toni and the team in the Maidstone store. Could not have been more helpful as we were unsure about what we wanted. Lovely to be offered a drink. Toni was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience and a happy demeanour.Would certainly recommend the store to others.
