We have received by Clifton in Maidstone sop. We experience the scan with the machine to explain the best sleeping experience and been given all the explanations necessary. We have been proposed the best options according our requirements ; We went a little bit over budget but with the offer of Dreams and the knowledge of Clif, our apprehensions went quickly away It has been a great experience, and all the sanitary requirements have been met. Ollie was really good and very helpful with us. He did go all the way for us by offering us refreshments at the beginning, describing the process of choosing a mattress and answering a few questions. When it was time ti pay and arrange delivery he was superb and made everything look very easy. Very good overall

The excellent staff involvment in the choosing of bed settee. A demonstration was given on how to convert settee into bed &given the choice of colours available. Good Covid regs. In place making it a safe comfortable experience.

We were very pleased with the choices, help and advice given to us by the sales team and the sleepmatch diagnosis.

Staff were incredibly helpful but not pushy and made sure to make us aware of Covid cleaning standards. I was advised about other available products but it was not a hard sell technique, just making me aware. I felt valued and welcome and it was so simple and easy.

Have had problems getting what I needed and I think at last it’s success

I am over 90 and the colleague who helped us was extremely helpful and courteous and allowed us all the time I needed to look at all the options and make a decision. We were most impressed with her.
