The staff were highly professional and made my wife and I very comfortable. Asking if we would like a drink. Also there was no pressure at all to buy any items.

The sales assistant, Toni, was very knowledegable about the products she showed me and gave me at least 5 beds to try out after the initial assessment on the really cool assessment bed! Toni made sure I understood about the payment process and the protection plan that was available. She was friendly and very personable as were the other young men working there by offering to carry the mattress cover to the car for me. I had a particularly good experience. I have found buying a bed quite difficult as to how firm the bed is going to be, but not this time!
