The assistant Neriman was great with explaining the different mattresses and divans. She gave us time to go back to different beds on our own, offered refreshments and was generally a pleasure.

I love the fact that I can use the sleep match to find the perfect mattress for me - it takes all the guess work out finding a good mattress. Toni was really helpful and friendly and helped me get the right mattress quickly with no added fuss. Great customer service!

Everything was as expected during the current climate without impingement on friendly service or access to goods.

We visited the Maidstone store on Friday the 14th and were left without any pressure to browse the beds and mattresses until such time we were ready to be assisted then keeping a safe distance we approached Themi and ask to try the machine that helps you to see which mattress better suits you to your sleeping position and I must say what an amazing bit of equipment I say that because as soon as my son came off the machine we were showed a few mattresses that were right for him and straight away my son was seeing the benefit from using the machine as he was saying he could have fell asleep on any of the mattresses we was showed but there was a clear winner we had already picked a base so from there we went with Themi and with our hot drinks ha made us got down to making an order we sat opposite Themi with a protective screen separating us so all the time feeling safe Themi was so professional offering us a very good price and making us all feel very comfortable.

Your colleague was helpful, knowledgeable of the product, I needed, friendly without going out, showed me all the options and when I made my choice he did not pressurise me into buying something else, maybe a bit more expensive, I would have left the shop if he had.
