The sales assistant was very knowledgable about suitability of different mattresses for different back and health problems.

When we first visited we were helped by a lovely customer assistant (unfortunately I am unsure of her name), who introduced us to sleep match and then showed us each of the mattress we were matched with. We returned a few days later to try out our favourites again and were helped by Cliff who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tested us on each of our 2 favourite mattresses and helped us to chose the most suitable for us. He was able to answer all of our queries and made our decision so much easier.
