Within a couple of minutes of entering the store we were approached by Cliff to offer his help. He immediately advised us to take the 'mattress ' test which produced some very encouraging and personalised results. With this information he went on to demonstrate to us the choices of mattress available according to our test results. I was so impressed by the incredible knowledge around mattress types which Cliff demonstrated and which he conveyed to my husband and myself in a clear, comprehensible way whilst still allowing us to make what turned out to be very well informed choices!! We left the store, having made our purchase, feeling as though we hadn't simply received a standard sales pitch but had been privy to an honest articulation of the potential products available!
