The layout of the shop was a little confusing, however we were directed to the area we needed by a member of staff. I felt the shop was as Covid safe as it could be although people shopping didn't always keep a safe distance. The member of staff how helped us was very helpful.

Cliff, who was the dreams colleague assisting us, was brilliant, he was very knowledgeable, answered all our question without fail and gave us good customer service, nothing was too much trouble and he took his time to make sure we got something that really suited us and our needs
