Very friendly helpful staff, helped us choose the right mattress for us. Explained everything we needed to know and about stock and delivery. We were not rushed and felt safe and comfortable whilst in store. The order and finance was dealt with efficiently we came away very happy with our purchase and store experience

First time buying a mattress without a parent. I went into the store and had a Sleep Match test. Cliff came over to assist me and went through the results in a clear manner, whilst keeping a distance within COVID Regulation. The first bed he recommended ended up being the one that was perfect for me but he gave me a chance to try out various beds. Went back a couple of days later in order to double check I wanted that mattress, Cliff once again was there and gave me time to test and then buy it. He went through the ordering process clearly and smoothly.
