First time buying a mattress without a parent. I went into the store and had a Sleep Match test. Cliff came over to assist me and went through the results in a clear manner, whilst keeping a distance within COVID Regulation. The first bed he recommended ended up being the one that was perfect for me but he gave me a chance to try out various beds. Went back a couple of days later in order to double check I wanted that mattress, Cliff once again was there and gave me time to test and then buy it. He went through the ordering process clearly and smoothly.

The young lady who dealt with us gave clear explanations of the products and even took the trouble to consult computer records of three years ago to compare with my present requirements. Her customer relations were excellent particularly as she was dealing with a very senior citizen. A great asset to the Company.
