Dreams - Maidstone

When we arrived at the store we were greeted by a worker called Nick. Nick was really reassuring about the hygiene practice in place which was good as we had our daughter with us. Nick was confident in identifying products as we attended with a list from products we liked off the website and Nick was able to show us each products and with the sleep machine he was able to help us select the perfect mattress for us. Nick managed our daughter really well too as she has ASD and was not straightforward but he helped her identify a suitable mattress too which was great. Nick’s product knowledge was reassuring with such a large order and he even showed us the new Neva we hadn’t seen which was perfect so we upgraded to a Neva Super King and mattress from what we had chosen previously. Nick was really calm with us even when we went back and forth around the store a few times and his colleagues helped too and assisted while Nick put the order through in helping our daughter and offering us drinks too. They looked like a supportive and positive team which helps us feel the company is positive and worth our large order.

I had a bad experience with another bed shop who failed to deliver and took my money and so was recommended Dreams. The customer service was amazing in Maidstone. The salesman called Cliff listened to what I wanted and took time to show my son different mattresses and let him try them out. He recommended the one which suited him and the bed we choose the best. He was polite, very knowledgeable but didn't pressurise me at all. He showed us different colours of headboards and what different types and firmness of matress on offer there were. He wrote my choices down and I went home to consider then returned next day to purchase.
